We are pleased to announce our intention to begin taking non-binding Reservation Requests for Carolina Sands Resort, a new condominium project scheduled for completion in 2008.

The site for these New Oceanfront condos is 1717 South Ocean Blvd. in the Crescent section of North Myrtle Beach. This is the most desirable section of the beach, famous for being so wide that it is never crowded, and offers a view of the entire North Strand. Nearby neighbors include Crescent Shores, Crescent Keyes, Bluewater Keyes, South Shore Villas and Bahama Sands.

Carolina Sands features a variety of One Bedroom and Two Bedroom condominiums and some larger corner units all with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Official prices will not be available, but we are building a list from non-binding Reservation Requests.

Plans call for direct view units and angled view condos on each of the nine floors. Both a large Oceanfront pool and a new Lazy River will be on the Oceanfront sundeck. Also in the plans are an Indoor Pool, Exercise Room plus a meeting facility for Owners and Guests. Upgrades abound at Carolina Sands to create the best vacation experience and maintain the high standard set by Bahama Sands Beach Resort, our other new pre-construction property. Vacationers will enjoy consistent high quality interior features at both resorts such as 16'' ceramic tile floors, granite counters, upgraded appliances, plus LCD TVs in both kitchen and living room.
